Thank you for choosing the VIVO Digital Piano. DEXIBELL Digital Pianos are engineered and crafted to deliver top-notch quality.
In the event that the product you purchased has a defect, please reach out to your dealer/supplier or an authorized service center.

CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS OF THIS WARRANTY

The Warranty for the VIVO Digital Piano series and digital organ does not apply to the following:

• Any defects or damage that occurred as a result of abuse or misuse, neglect or abnormal service or handling

• Any defects or damage that was caused by installation, repairs or service, including the use of improper parts, provided or attempted by anyone who is not authorized by PROEL S.p.A. in behalf of DEXIBELL
• Any defects or damages which are beyond the control of PROEL S.p.A. as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, rain, wind, storm, etc.
• Any defects or damage that occurred because the product has been altered or modified in any way
• Any defects or damages which may have occurred by ordinary wear and tear
• Any defects or damage that resulted from use of peripheral products or other equipment
• The serial number has been altered, removed or made illegible
• The erasing, alteration or lack of proof of purchase documents.

EXTENSION WARRANTY

The VIVO digital piano provides the option to extend the warranty to 5 years, subject to certain limitations, by registering the product within 3 (three) months of purchase, following the applicable terms and conditions. Without this registration, the warranty period remains limited to the minimum guaranteed duration.

The extension of the guarantee is not transferable or renewable.

The effective extension of the conventional guarantee starts from the day following the 24 month expiry.

The modalities of intervention during the warranty extension period will the same as well as in the conventional period.

COVERAGE

Defects detected within the warranty period on products sold, attributable to defective materials or manufacturing defects, must be promptly reported to your dealer/supplier, enclosing written evidence of the purchase date and a description of the defect.

PROEL S.p.A., in behalf of Dexibell, will verify the defect declared and if will be complied the conditions, limitations and restrictions of this warranty, will repair or replace the product covered by this warranty, without charge for labor or materials. All transportation and freight charges shall be paid by purchaser.

In case of defects detected within the warranty period on products sold, attributable to defective materials or manufacturing defects, must be promptly reported to your dealer/supplier, enclosing written note reporting defects details.
